Mr. Saroff joined the Sauvé Riegel team in 2004 as an experienced commercial real estate professional.  He had a long career in the United Kingdom where he was a partner in two real estate firms and worked heavily in the commercial markets throughout the North West of England.  Before joining Sauvé Riegel, Mr. Saroff was a Regional Director for LSS Services Limited in London; where he initiated and oversaw national advertising and promotional campaigns for retail outlets as well as being responsible for all company property negotiations. Prior, Leon was a founding partner in Wagman & Partners Auctioneers and Salco Ltd. in Manchester.  He established and managed asset recovery as well as sales on behalf of major UK banks. 

Mr. Saroff was a partner in Swimer Leon Industrial & Commercial property agents of Manchester, specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial space throughout the North West of England. Listings averaged over 700,000 square feet per year with particular emphasis on ‘new build’ for long-term institutional investor groups. Represented many companies such as General Accident, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation and the Royal Bank of Scotland. He was also responsible for all marketing and advertising of commercial space. Negotiated all sales and leases and oversaw all transactions to completion. Managed the client relationship throughout listing period.  Mr. Saroff graduated from Bolton Institute in Manchester, England with a Higher National Certificate in Business Administration from the Department of Business Studies.
