Mr. Sauvé established Sauvé Riegel, Inc. , a commercial real estate consulting, investment and leasing firm in Pasadena in 1992 with his partner Bob Riegel. Mr. Sauvé has been instrumental in leasing space in several rehab projects in the Old Pasadena market, as well as bringing many retail and restaurant owners to the Pasadena area. As a specialist in the leasing and sales of commercial properties, Mr. Sauvé had represented many tenants, landlords, developers and investors throughout the San Gabriel Valley. His services include site evaluations, demographic analysis, property management and marketing services.
Under Norm's leadership the company has captured a significant share of the Pasadena and West San Gabriel Valley retail and office markets. Mr. Sauvé represented landlords and tenants in the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties in the tri-cities regions of Glendale, Burbank and Pasadena. He assisted many owner-users and investors in the purchase and sale of commercial properties. Mr. Sauvé has represented major corporate office users in negotiations to lease "Class A" office space, and has leased retail stores, restaurants, offices and industrial spaces ranging from 500 to 85,000 square feet. He has advised investment clients in the acquisition of rehab mixed-use projects, shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, as well as negotiated leases for restaurants, franchises, retailers. food services, distributors, manufacturers, financial institutions, and nonprofit corporations.

Mr. Sauvé's previous professional experience has included service to several "Fortune 500" corporations in both management and professional positions, including supervision of productions, and management of corporate subsidiaries.

Mr. Sauvé is Chairman of the Board of Directors with America's Christian Credit Union, a member of the Lowe Hastings Ranch Association, former president and current member of The After Hours Rotary Club of Pasadena, American Industrial Real Estate Association and Pasadena Association of Realtors, Member, Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and International Council of Shopping Centers (I.C.S.C.), Member.
Education
Mr. Sauvé fulfilled studies toward his Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Minnesota, as well as completing graduate course work in Real Estate and Business Administration. Mr. Sauvé also completed training at the General Motors Technical Center.
